The room was a Beautiful King Room. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant menus were varied and the food was well prepared (I especially loved the desserts).
I thought that it cost a lot to use the steam room.

i loved the spacious beautiful king room with city view. the concierge team were superstars, they helped a lot recommending sightseeing options and restaurants. breakfast was fantastic, i found the egg counter particularly well managed, with a plentiful offering of delicious food.
I noted some waiting times for drink service. It took over thirty minutes to get a glass of wine one evening. that isn't the 5-star experience i expected. the staff could be more attentive.

I thought the breakfast was good. the variety was surprising, and the food tasted fresh! i liked the omelette station. the live piano music added a nice touch. It created a relaxed atmosphere!
my one small issue involved the room temperature. it was a bit too warm. i mentioned it to the front desk, and they did their best, but it remained slightly uncomfortable at times.

Really good Hotel Experience

The hotel gym is well-equipped. I used its three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The indoor pool was great, it had twenty loungers and a shaded section. I particularly enjoyed the Soul Garden restaurant (especially the appetizers!), where the snacks and drinks looked good.
The shower door in my room did not seal properly, resulting in water spillage onto the bathroom floor after each shower. This was inconvenient, I think a simple repair could easily resolve this issue.

I dined at the Soul Garden restaurant and appreciated the diverse menu, with both international and local choices. The presentation of the food was superb, and the service matched its quality. The bar offers a wide selection of wines and cocktails.

I appreciated the variety of dining options. The hotel features three restaurants, offering diverse culinary experiences. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Miguel, the Duty Manager, was particularly friendly.
The location is somewhat distant from the old town. This requires more travel time to reach the main tourist areas. The room cleanliness was not consistently maintained. I noticed dirty glasses and discarded wrappers.
